I certainly hope it means the entire case. It's quite possible they ran out of money to pay the lawyers.
Considering they didn't name Bloomberg, who they blamed in a press release, the whole thing was obviously bogus.

It's nice to know that in this great country you can call a convicted felon a "criminal" and know that you will only have to spend $10s if thousands+ on legal fees to get the suit dismissed.

One wonders what kind of lawyers would represent such people. Can anyone spell "frivoulous lawsuit"?
