Congratulations on your victory, Mr. P, Janice, MH, & Mayor!

Tough diddly, Dorian Reed! You didn't collect a nickel of the
$20 M that you sought. All you accomplished was run up a legal bill
that you probably can't pay.

p.s., nice to see you, Mr. P. I hope you lurk occasionally,
even if you don't appear.

re. <<Can anyone spell "frivoulous lawsuit"?>>

I suppose it depends on how many U's U like to Use.

It wasn't frivolous, anyway. It had a distinct purpose. It was intended to stifle free speech. And for many would-be speakers, it was an effective way to shut them up.

Anyway, in the end, the bad guy lost again. This time around it helped that the good guy could outlast the bad guy when it came to paying the lawyers. The fact that it took you only a few 10's of thousands of dollars to accomplish this is an indication of how broke Dorian Reed must be. A corporation needs to have millions in cash, but Dorian Reed couldn't afford to spend even have thousands.

You're right about the lawyers. Former SEC lawyer Schoeppl must have had some weird kind of religious experience when he changed sides. Instead of suing fraud artists, look what he does now. Tsk Tsk Tsk.

Can you say "malicious prosecution"? If they had any money, it might be worthwhile.

Nice to see your appearance, although it would be great to see you around a bit more. The minions miss your investment ideas. But if not, I hope all is well with you and Mrs. P-nk.

Dear noble P$nk: I hope that all is well at your end and that you're enjoying a pleasant Spring. I also hope that one day you will return anew, refreshed, put aside the irritations of message board official's, and once more guide your flock to the promised land.

My regards to Mrs P$nk.

David :)

Mr P -- I hope that was not the reason for your untimely passing!

As stated before I would gladly assist you in any difficulties you have with fellow barristers who try to stifle free speech. I hope there was a counter-suit including legal fees. If not, you were poorly represented.

Frivilous lawsuits are a major problem today and that is why defendants must be sure to utilize the sanction statutes, especially in federal court.
