And you are also correct about being wrong to generalize. After all I have talked to a couple of very hard working and conscience SEC staff attorneys. As you and I have disussed in the past, my attitude comes from personal experience with lower level government employees on both the state and local level. I have also found it is not specific to one one area as I have helped handle similar problems for individuals in other areas. The internet is a wonderful thing.
