Are you referring to someone's brother here? I just submitted my resignation from government service to take a more lucrative position in the private sector myself. You really should take this up with AP, IMHO. He probably has an opinion on the issue. Thanks for reinforcing my opinion about people on SI who hide behind moronic pseudonyms, however. BTW, I did get "fired at" in Croatia once in an artillery barrage. I call that serving my country; I really couldn't care less what you call it.
