That would be cool! But losing a 3G license would be so humiliating to existing 2G operators that they're apparently willing to do anything to get into 3G. So... are the new entrants deliberately raising the license prices to lethal levels? They know they're going to lose... they might as well drive the winners into doing something that damages them financially for years to come. This auction system is an invitation for the challenger operators to poison the incumbent companies by forcing them to overpay. Tero
