Looking at the daily sector change numbers (wed, thurs & fri), it would appear on the surface that the OTC is out of the woods [Assuming we don't get a ton of sell signals Monday & Tuesday]. All the tech sectors are up well over 6%, as is the BPOTC. The OPTI has turned up and all major P&F charts in the top right hand side of the reports page are in a column of X's. Thoughts anyone?
