Fred, you have been posting nonsense about VLNC for three years. During that time, VLNC has signicantly underperformed the NASDAQ.

(The 3 year comparison against the NASDAQ did not come through. But one can easily verify VLNC's underperformance since Fred started posting his bs.)

So, in addition to the fact that you have been posting b.s. for years, you now want to take credit for the underperformance of your stock against the NASDAQ?

FMK, as you probably know, Larry admitted through his Yahoo ID that he recently shorted Valence, I believe in the high 20's and low 30's, then subsequently covered on D-day this week at $14 if memory serves correctly. (Side note: With all the trouble folks had getting fills when Valence bottomed on Tuesday, it was probably a pretty small order.)

For whatever reason, he seems to only want to play Valence on the down side and has geared his outlook on the company accordingly. In fact just yesterday he misrepresented the latest SEC filing by stating Valence has an immediate need for capital: "The SEC filings state they have an immediate need for additional capital." However, if one actually reads the latest SEC filing, this is clearly not the case.
