Dear Joseph: No one really knows the answer to your question at this time IMHO. The analyst made negative comments about the stability of the core revenue, but admitted that he was receiving very little information from the company. That comment is what I believe stampeded a lot of people. As to whether there were large contracts not closed that WILL subsequently close, we are left in the dark. As to Windchill alone, it seems to be doing OK. Growing well over last year, but a little under what was estimated for the qtr. I am afraid we shall have to wait until the company issues its numbers and holds a Conference Call to get many more facts. JDN

Joseph, rather than waste time in a recap, I suggest that you read the postings to this thread over the last seven days. They should bring you up to speed on the issues quite briskly.
