Seems we lost another captain.

John Field Steps Down From FNet Leadership, Philip G. Ericson Appointed Interim
President

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Apr 7, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Franklin
Telecommunications Corp. (AMEX:FCM), announced today that John Field has stepped
down as President of FNet Corp., Franklin's global Internet telephone network
subsidiary. Philip G. Ericson, Franklin's Chief Operating Officer, has been
appointed FNet's interim President, effective immediately.

"John agreed to take FNet's helm at a time when his experience and knowledge
were most valuable. His contributions were significant, but his home remains in
Denver, and he elected to pursue special projects rather than the day-to-day
leadership of the company," said Frank Peters, Chairman and CEO of Franklin
Telecommunications Corp.

"During the next 90 days, we will undergo an executive search for a new FNet
president," commented Ericson. "We are expanding our network's carrying capacity
to enable FNet to offer next generation VoIP telephone services on a very large
scale. The new president will play an important role in managing growth and
producing tangible results."

Franklin Telecommunications Corp. is a maker of high-speed IP and VoIP telephony
equipment that enables high-quality transmissions of data, voice, fax and video
over the Internet. Franklin's next generation telephone company subsidiary,
FNet, provides global telco services and complete networking solutions utilizing
Franklin equipment and IP/VoIP technology.

Totally agree, FCM (and Hoyt) have shown nothing over the years, except a hype pump/dump every couple months, which is diminishing also. Show the sales, show the revenue, not the laughs. Buy more for the next pump.
