Only info I've found is the rollout of trial service in Boston area as representing a typical "ideal" area of deployment, that by either FON or MCIWCOM...You might try WCOM mainpage with link to Q&A for pros vs.cons (mainly to my mind an excellent sales pitch to regulators). They may have posted most recent info on WCOM or FON main pages,you probably already knowing FON's page is spint.com Hope it helps, Jim Black
