James; Concern was more like it! Yours was a tough job that hasn't gotten any easier or safer in recent years. It's time to kick back and enjoy yourself. BTW, I got my proxy letter from CMGI today stating that at the shareholder meeting on May 5, the number of authorized shares will be increased from 405,000,000 to 1,405,000,000. I smell a split! cb
