Dear Kerry: A nice reasoned post regarding PMTC. You didnt address the possibility of PMTC being bought out but I suspect that its because you are a conservative, responsible investor and realize that one doesnt buy a stock on a maybe. But, the fact remains, all the strengths you point out exist with PMTC thus IMHO making it an attractive acquisition candidate since, properly coupled with the right company nearly all the negatives would evaporate immediately. I am most interested in what the company has to say this time around. It appears obvious they have a great product but perhaps not the ability to capitalize on it alone. JDN
