Abbigail, The article was from the Editorial Commentary, Pg 50 of the paper copy. I just sent Thomas Donlan an email commending him on the editorial and Bill Gates' persistence in driving at a resolution to the fundamental problems in this whole case. I was absolutely inspired by the editorial, as I hope many people are.. including a lot of folks in government and business, who continue to fall back on the arcane (110 year old Sherman Antitrust Act) which was established under a different economy and a different set of circumstances, but is still used today to whip successful companies for political purpose. :)) Laura
