Isn't your use of the phrase "new target" a misnomer?? It has created more questions. My understanding is that new holes to be released are stepouts on the same structure.

I assume you're still on holiday. Perhaps you've had too much sun and surf...<ggg>

No this is not a step out hole at all. This has been drilled, and sort of the second phase that they had planned for releasing. Basically, all thirteen holes are and were designed to prove the width and length of this enriched mineralized zone.
I am not surprised it is halted, as this is a wonderful intrusion and a boost to our mining industry.
