Bernard, I ask the following question not because I am bummed that Winstar wasn't mentioned in the article, I ask it because I want to make sure I don't have some misunderstanding as to where Winstar is with its PMP deployment vs. Teligent and Nextlink. I was under the impression that Winstar had begun deployment and had recently entered into a large contract to purchase PMP equipment. I also thought Teligent had begun PMP deployment and that Nextlink was still testing (ie. no deployment as of yet). Please set me straight if I am wrong. Thanks.
