Hi Bob,

I'm not sure if this question has already been asked and answered. I'm a little ticked (this is news?). I'm using two computers and got "locked out" on one of them. After writing membership@siliconinvestor.com I finally realized my mistake. But that is not my question here. Since I got an automated reply from SI re my password, I don't expect to get an actual email from them.

My question is this. When I went to the homepage, I found that SI membership is now FREE. I've been away for a while, and even when I was here I never went to the homepage.

This begs the question. What about those of us who paid a couple of hundred dollars (I can't remember the exact amount) for Lifetime Membership? Now that the site is free, I think it would be only fair that those of us who paid should get a refund. Why were the paying members not notified when SI became a free site...okay...too big a task, I realize that.

Anyway, I do not think it is fair that some of us paid good money to post here when the same privileges are now free.

Thanks for your response,
Siber

"But if this keeps up much longer Admin will start getting messages from me to put a halt to this sick behavior."

Above from:

...which is why I now bring this to your attention, SIBob.

Edwarda, c.horn, jp and Jorj McKie, and SIAdministration-

This is actually where you began the exchange with ME, c.horn:

I disagree with your representation of events... Failure to acknowledge that you initiated this exchange will constitute a blatant misrepresentation of the true sequence of the postings and their contextual relevance. The above referenced post from me, was to an individual other than you, c.horn...on the 'Let's Argue' thread.

************************************************************

This 'CYBERSMEAR' post was interjected by 'c.horn' as follows:

1]
Message 13283280

There is little cohesiveness in this 'communication', clearly indicating its intent.

2]
MY "IN KIND" RESPONSE TO THE 'KEYWORD" ASSOCIATION POST-
I believe c.horn's "Keyword" post was a malicious attempt to intimidate me, draw attention to my username and/or implicate me in some illicit activity.

Message 13283175

3]"BOOM"

The 'Critical Mass' reference indicated that my SI password may have been intercepted and my account accessed without my knowledge or consent. ['Critical Mass' was the name of a portfolio in my SI account.] A NetBus type, or a similar Trojan/administrative tool may have been installed on my PC within an attachment to an email that I had received from another specific SI member.

MY REACTION TO c.horn's 'CRITICAL MASS' REFERENCE-

This is my panicked reaction to the possibility/probability of a security compromise and privacy breach to my SI account and my PC, respectively. It also illustrates my extreme degree of psychological distress over being cyberstalked, or at the very least, severly menaced.

Message 13378305

***********************************************************

Apparently, a users KEYSTROKES can be monitored in REAL-TIME with the aid and application of certain administrative/sreverside "tools", or other types of worms, or viruses. I have been and continue to be ridiculed and mocked by many people for making the claim that my PC was being remotely accessed and/or monitored by someone. The only motive for such activity that I can surmise, would be the desire on the part of several individuals who 'networked', in order to attempt to create a situation which would result in 1)TERMINATION of my SI account or to 2)otherwise CENSOR me, and/or 3)undermine my personal credibility.

There is much more content yet to be gathered, which I believe illustrates the wide scope of involvement of various SI members in this personal attack activity.

Surprisingly, the SITOU policy which prohibits third-party posting was never enforced in this 6-8 week long personal attack, which I've endured with a great deal of personal suffering.

Furthermore, I suspect that I have been illegally surveilled, ie, electronically eavesdropped on, including telephone surveillance, with the abuse of 'palm' technology and other sophisticated new wireless technology. As I'm sure you know, Bob, a PC can become a 'broadcasting device' whereby any sound in the room where the PC is located can be captured, then either recorded and/or broadcast LIVE on the WWW...or both...without the targeted PC's user's knowledge.

As absurd as it may be, I've even been advised by a member to get into the 'federal witness protection plan'...which creates the effect or perception that there may be a serious threat to my person/life.

I am very interested in resolving this issue and seek your assistance and/or expertise.

Thanks very much,
