Dead on with your comments. I think the name has to be changed and another champion to create the focul point of the brand. The customer must come away with a good feeling about dealing with that brand. The product should be interactive, the mention of the word reputation has increased 28% in the last 5 years in the Wall Street Journal. When your product is commodotized like daily discussion of what is going on, on Wall Street one needs to find a way to differentiate yourself. Like "Got Milk" everyone rememvbers this ad but does anyone remember a specific brand that was discussed. No. Suiza is taking this a step further and making an "in your life brand of milk". Like for kids, athletes, elderly etc. The milk cartains will be very colorful. Switch this back to market information and you have "Got Market Info" but who stands out. T
