Bill. Maybe there is a reason why some analysts are mostly bearish over the years. Having bulls and bears in the same brokerage house makes for good commissions. Just a theory.

It's amazing how those brokerages are all coming out on the same day yapping about the techs, in particular the nets, especially when the markets are starting out pretty good. They all know that investors are jittery now and every little bad news, like announcing some little reduction of techs, will do the trick for a downturn. Yes, this could be the time when they try to sell their downtrodden holdings to us. And it seems to work. Everybody is now talking about reducing their holdings in techs. And this at a time when earnings are great.
