TO ALL: I just returned from a Jeep Jamboree in Western Kentucky (Land between the Lakes). Had a ball and for the FIRST TIME actually won a prize. This leads me to my question. The prize I won is a Yellow Top Optima Battery. I never even heard of them before but understand its an incredible Battery and generally costs about $180. My question is, is this Battery OK for a Jeep Grand Cherokee? Reason I ask is in the little brochure that came with it it talks of being used for Race Cars without alternators?? Gives a lot of dope about the charging process etc but basically I just want to know if the yellow top is ok for me. JDN
