Mike, It appears as if all the margin accounts and weak hands were taken out last Tuesday.

I made the mistake of expending all my dry powder after the legal win before the sell-off a week ago. I was simply following standard Gorilla Game strategy at the time. In retrospect, I should have been more sensitive to general market issues as Sam has cautioned many times in the past. Well, my excuse is I invest in very select stocks and turn a blind eye to general market trends given my longer term prospective on things. And when we see drastic dips on low volume I generally don't panic as it likely represents smaller players selling into a void.

I grappled with valuation issues yesterday. I truly believe that opportunities to buy SNDK in the $90 range will be few and far between after next Wednesday. I may even be so bold to say that we may never look back. SanDisk plays a key enabling role in the digital age we have entered. In fact, SanDisk innovation facilitates many of the exciting technologies we all interact with on a daily basis.

Please don't interpret this a "desperation" post filled with rationalization and overly enthusiastic expectations. I think my statements over the last few days (weeks?) explain my position on this stock.
