>>When was the last time you heard about a mass murder in England? Jack the Ripper?<<

Jack was a serial killer. Mass murder is different, like Oklahoma City.

OT:Scumbria you missed my point, A child has no sense of right or wrong if noone raises them.

HighSchools making bombs and storing weapons for a year in the house and the parents know nothing of what is going on shows they spend zero time with there children.
Springfield and > Columbine High School(s) Shooting prove the parents didn't know what there children were up too.

Gun Control bills don't prevent the bad guys from having guns, just us good guys. (both shootings the guns where not obtained legally)

They tried to legislate Alcohol it failed, the same will happen with Guns except.

I for one am for having my house armed.

Have you ever had a family member murdered? I did! My mother's father was shot in the neck by robbers in his own house.

Too bad he didn't have a gun to shoot back. It was a terrible loss that pains us every year of our life. And the SOB is walking free now.

Milo

Scumbria,

OT

Re: fun control

As much as I would like the gun control to work, it has no chance of ever working. It has been hundred of years since the gun was invented (Gore can't take credit here), and you just can't un-invented.

The race to save people from themselves is also a commentary on the fact that we (I hate to use this word) have given up on people, that there is no way to ever turn America into a civilized society with responsible law abiding citizens, and the only way to save people from mass murdering each other is to deny them access to guns.
