For those that can't focus, the issue is "How do we keep guns out of the hands of criminals?"

The answer may be much too simple for you to comprehend. The United States is the only prosperous country that has this problem.

What do we do differently in the United States than say, England?

I disagree.....the issue is how do we learn to live without handguns like other civilized countries.
