The girl scouts can do what they do at other places and without diminishing their obligations to the scout oath.

For the record: I have no authority, right, obligation, permission, or ability to save your soul.

My God, however, requires that I observe my worship by performing the act of prayer according to a specific time table which occurs several times a day. One reason for this is so that my awareness of what I worship maintains strong 24 hours a day. There are a number of other religious observations that also have nothing to do with you or other folks but which are not separable from the other things I happen to be doing during the day. By requiring that I have a separate day or place to perform religious observations, the government is actually violating my first amendment rights.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;....
