just doing the same kind of expose work with a different subject matter. i'm sure companies like it about as much as people. sorry if you think this is an attack. it's not. it's just an opinion backed up with facts. i do my homework also. (i have no position in TERN)

Terayon has been around a long time trying to accomplish breakthroughs in Cable Modem technology. I have known about it for 5+ years. In fact, at one point Cisco had a considerable stake in the company. It could be that they are still struggling to accomplish a breakthrough technology in Cable Modem that is deceiving them and the management is overly optimistic. I am not going to discount fraud, greed and opportunity for cheating are always around. Is it possible that Terayon may have failed as a technology company but succeeded as a marketing company? Could it be that they understand the market and what it needs and is providing it any way it can till it develops its own technology? Their top line revenues seem to indicate that.. Arun
