Actually, they have been delivering their own technology for some time now. I believe most or all of TERNS major customers in fact employ TERN's S-CDMA systems, the very chips for which are of their own design. They've recently enough shown us acquisitions of new customers for their S-CDMA systems.

New here - and a confessed Pluvia follower.

Forgetting about the allegations - I must say that the earnings release was quite obscure.

So they made 4 cents, but really they lost $1.08? hmm, that's a mighty big difference. The explanation was rather sparse.

And they sure did like to bring attention to the 4 cents more than the $1.08.

That borders on criminal IMO - it's a deliberate effort to mislead the public, knowing most will not read past the first couple of lines.
