DOE numbers quite bullish - we are going up today. Oddly, most of the
increase in total stocks is due to "other oils".

Guess Post Patrol will be 100% in cash by the end of the day. That and $3.00
will buy them a cup of coffee. :o)

Shell ups Cap Ex spending - surprise, surprise...

quote.bloomberg.com

C'Mon people; don't take the Post Patrol seriously - he's just "torquing" you all...

He's constantly flip-flopped & straddled his bet here of late; saying he was still long such & such; then into the face of yesterday's rally - said he "allready" sold 75% of his shorts/puts etc (had to be at losses)... - he's pulling our collective chains - but, not mine any longer; as I know he's not serious...

Crude Oil futures will go through a period sorting itself out - this is to be expected and any retrace in Oilpatch stocks off of this shakeout in futures is a buying opp - perhaps the last really good one imho.

Earnings from the E&P side will be excellent - as Shell just announced; we will be seeing increased cap ex spending across the board and the driller - service co's are 1-2 qtrs away from showing the type of earnings comparables that the E&P's are now.

Small Caps are really interesting - on this pullback; ie: GLBL's huge move and the 15-20% one day move's we seen of late in some of them.

re: the comments on MM games - I've seen some strange activity on 2-3 stocks of late - more info later if I can confirm something ... maybe a nice 2-3 day trade, or two brewing...

Even when PP is dead wrong he tries to claim victory. What a clown.

>> We`ll repeat ourselves.....We`re selling into any "pop" today. Little here little there adds up to big $$$$$$$$$$$$$ <<

I was already full invested but started to use some margin again when I saw the Shell Cap Ex announcement. I'd look for more majors to make similar announcements when they give earnings this quarter. Bought PKD, PXD and KEG this morning.

BSNX and FST two sleepers that should run soon.

Nice to see HOFF trading higher. This was one I did buy big at 7 1/2.
