Did you ever look toward the management of MSFT and their
continual poor management and business practices as having
anything to do with the recent performance of this stock? After all management and the board are the responsible parties which have the most direct control on the price of this stock.

Either they manage the government or they don't. And MSFT
management has not. That means political management as
well.
