You're right. This market has been flooded with a lot of garbage the past 2 years.

Guess it's time to start petitioning the SEC as well. As long as all these MM's can hide behind INCA's closed book, might as well give up level 2. It's a waste of money.

INCA has sold millions of shares over the last week and no one has a clue where they're coming from.

Actually IPO lock-up expirations create the far greater problem....the number of IPO shares pales in comparison to tradeable shares flooding the market via lock-up expirations.

KM - great point, absolutly, with 40 offerings a weak the dilution factor is hugh. Less money to go around and chase prices up. This is the reason I am building a tracking list of the top tier IPOs, these will be the ones that will have some hugh upside on the other side of this market. There is one a week out of all the offerings, two at best. The rest can be erased from your screen!
