PW - I agree. That's why I bought back my MSFT put position at a loss - I didn't want the margin tied up. I still have some cash but am not yet ready to commit more... this looks ugly.

In a news vacuum, I expect that we'll eventually see this stock priced for the worst case before a 'normal' assent begins.

Thanks for your detailed response. Just curious, what would you define as a worst case; both in terms of share price as well as any specific unpredictable forthcoming event(s) (case related) which has not been factored in or circulated through the media thus far? Furthermore, is 140ish as a high raised beyond or lowered to another number?

Anyway, don't lose heart, Microsoft isn't about to disappear.
