Like I've said before...the liquidity has to go somewhere.
Even in the depression of 1929...money was made...thanks to FDR.
This isn't 1929... too much globalism...too much cash.
Don't sell your real estate...never in a over populated planet already.
Yes! real estate prices comes down, but not for ever.
If you don't trust me on that...then ask people who live in Palo Alto.

i didn't think the market could melt down faster than up... i was wrong...

fair value for the naz is about 2500. if the economy slows, fair value is MUCH less.

bull market geniuses become bear market dolts. risky behavior that made millions will lose millions...
