Hey, Jay FUKIA, I didn't say whether or not this company was a fraud. May very well be for all I know. What I said was that I have no problem with you people making money shorting a stock you have noticed as rising too fast. My problem is they way you all enjoy the KILL not really giving a sh$t about the shareholders of the stock. Hey, If you have uncovered a fraud, more power to you. Short it to a dollar and be satisfied with your profits. Just stop the BS scare tacktics and attacks on the others. Rubbing salt into the wound of uneducated investors is being a bully!! As your mentor would say BAAAAHAAAHAAAA!!!!!!

The other document on the cable modem site makes it very clear that is is very very likely, but not certain that SCDMA will be an imminent DOCSIS release--if not 1.2, another one. I'm sure that the deal is they can't sign off until they review the prototype. I am now more than ever convinced that the Cablelabs letter is a non event--nada, nada, and there was no reason it had to be disclosed . Indeed, as these events show, it lewads to confusions. The documentary record after the C&D letter clearly shows there is no major dispute beytween TERN and Cablelabs AND SCDMW is most likely to be adopted in a new DOCSIS Release. That's what the record shows. It is VERY MISLEADING for anyone to cite to the C&D letter, without referring to the followups which clarify and, in essence, withdraw the letter/ It is just as misleading as harping on the CFO's no longer having shares--he had options in the first place, and still has plenty of unexercised options. The attacks on the company are thus far totally unfair and misleading in the extreme.

I bet it is a fraud...first of all you found it on yahoo, second, it is on geocities (untraceable without subpoena), third there is no way richard green will kiss zaki's ass like that letter makes it appear. My opinion is that it is probably a fraud and I will help try and prove it by calling Mr Green and making him aware of it tomorrow
