An older local man whom has shown very sharp at the charts gave that "must not break" number as 3465, fwiw.

Seems to me that the underlying confidence in the market's ability to bounce has been shaken dramatically which I suppose is what is needed. Folks aren't expecting a bounce and are now simply exiting at any cost. So, if we break 3650 and maybe even 3495 we could be in for a long hard road back. YUK! Glad I rolled into some cash a month ago... at least i can pay my taxes and cover the small margin in my SSB account.
