What are the "facts" of my theory. You say they have been known for months, but you don't actually dissect them.

I don't think a lecture on my attitude is relevant to a discussion on the market falling. As far as people being psychologically prepared...they had damn well better be, because markets today are faster than they have ever been so if people can't figure it out, they are better off with T-bills.

As far as my "major" losses...do you know how much I lost and what percentage of my worth it was? Also, the market is much lower now, so wouldn't those who have continued to buy on dips and/or not sell be in worse shape (that applies to a lot of people).

Could it not be that my statement was contextual and applied to a relevant setting - that which is no longer applicable due to the further drop in the market?

Also, could you please state where I called you stupid?

IN SIMPLE ENGLISH - AT THE TIME, I THOUGHT I LOST A LOT, BUT I SOON REALIZED IT'S NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE HAS LOST NOW AND WILL LOSE IN THE COMING DAYS/WEEKS.
