Microsoft, IMHO.

BTW, the question was a serious one. I don't think it would be a good thing for judges to alter their interpretation of the law based on how they think the public will respond. Yet that is just what the post to which I responded was suggesting.

It's not the DOJ, who writes "Exception Fault" or paints my screen blue every time the computer thinks it needs a short period with the power button pressed.
