It's not the DOJ, who writes "Exception Fault" or paints my screen blue every time the computer thinks it needs a short period with the power button pressed.

How much money has this taken out of your pocket?

"Exception Fault"

This is the fault of the application you are running under Windows. The program has accessed memory to which it has no right. The problems that result from this are completely solved by Windows 2000. Thanks goodness!

Do you honestly think Linux is any easier for the average user? Linux is great for people who are "into computers" but windows seems to do a fair job for people who aren't into computers but want to surf or whatever.

Again though the desktop is becoming a backwater and the next battles are developing in other areas "above and below" the desktop space.
