LAM - gamble/concept - they own 15% of AQI and are in the same stable. They are out of favor, I guess, because the metals are low and because almost all metals stocks are low and the T exchange has them under review. I don't know what for, but I would guess being broke and a low share price. But now, out of the blue, they own 15% of AQI that is sky rocketing and really has dominate ground all around PFN and looks like it is going to move much higher in price. So now LAM has money and so does AQI, so wouldn't it make sense for the two companies to help each other out. Lam has some great metals properties. I have been buying this stock for a couple of days - and I have just about been the only one lol. I am approaching this as a long shot gamble, but it seems like a good one to me. I thought I would bring this idea to everyones attention as this is a smart and deseerving group and it may be a good idea - I really don't know - lol. If anyone has any ideas on this stock, or this strategy, I am all ears. I really don't have any feel for the reality of this gamble.

<< Bay if speculation grabs hold of this play>> Don't count on it. BAY is very low profile. No promotion. That is why the stock is way undervalued. It will move up in time progressively.

koan, i hold this thing now, you finally convinced me -g- ... getting quite interested in PGMs, got some suf.to and ido.v as well ... if there is a better bet in the Sudbury RV play than pfn.v, i'd like to hear what it is, and why. You haven't been around SI much lately ... if you get a chance stop by the Winter thread - Subject 50521 ... trying to make it a civil place with a reasonable level of intelligence ... this is a good thread here, a person can lurk a couple hundred posts from various periods and get a decent overview of the situation. Got some bay.to as well, my biggest position in resources actually, but not holding my breath waiting on it moving, i think we'll see pfn and ido head out first, they're at a more exciting stage, with Pd/Pt prices providing a little oomph .... cheers
