Thank you for taking the time to write that response. The only part of it that is hard to accept is "once it bursts however, i expect it not to recover for years, maybe even a decade", but that could be the limits of my ability to "let go of what seemed like a perpetuum mobile for making money".

(PS: One of the books I read last year was Rothchild's bear book. In it we have many writers who comment on how bears are always spurned. Many deserve it as they are always calling for a collapse. Anyway, I am neither a bull nor a bear. I just want to learn which way it is going and, right now, it is saying "I want to go down more.". However, bearish comments are only tolerated on most of the SI threads. You bulls: Bears are not the enemy. The enemy is myopia.)
