SEC commission file no.0-29928, dec. 4th 1998 ITF through a private placement 500,000 shares at .20 and 500,000 warrants at .20 if exercized within 1 year of agreement or .25 if exercized within 2 years.

Not a huge sum but a nice piece. That is the first substantive asset information that I have been able to find out about ITF
