I don't get it, man. What does this matter? You want to know their vested interest in seeing Rambus fail? Easy. They're AMD investors/fans. The Rambus platform is associated with Intel right now. Figure it out! People can't dispute facts, so they go off on rants about what peoples' "interests" really are. Obviously, everyone reading this has an interest one way or the other in seeing a stock do well or fail! Get over it!

misheldo, Like you, I prefer to be anonymous. My previous job I worked on a Rambus based design, for which Rambus was a good solution. I am currently working on a design for which it is not appropriate to use Rambus technology. I like sharing the information which leads me to my design decisions. Why are you only suspicious of people who are less enthusiastic about Rambus? If I were you, I would be more suspicious of people who are hyping it endlessly. Scumbria
