Yes, the XAU can move, but are most fund managers even allowed to move money into bullion? You know no index fund is allowed such a move.

Does anyone here know of even a 100 person block which has a ANY precious metals fund available through their workplace 401k?

Even a "YES" to that question says NOTHING whatsoever about how much money those people might be able to put into actual gold bullion as many "gold funds" have NO bullion!
