Wolf, Mark, Tom D., et al, based on discussions with Peter, do you have a sense for when DMX hopes to complete a deal with a European distributor. With approval essentially in hand, and the patent clock ticking, this clearly is a top priority with DMX management. It's time to start generating cold hard cash from Pennsaid sales!!! It's been over 6 months since the UK "approval" was received. My hope is that a deal will be done before fiscal year end..... but my concern is that it will take much longer - based on the length of time it's taking to close the J&J deal. My sense/speculation is that DMX management may be trying to execute the perfect deal. I sure hope not, I'd be happy with a reasonable deal in a timely fashion. John
