Stuart I'm really sorry, Dealer had PMed me and told me she thought you were just joking but the edit time had expired. The funny thing now is when I seen this post directed to me and nobody else and I didn't recognize the name, it really rattled my cage because I was talked into going to one of those seminars about ten years or so ago and paid a hefty price to accompany a friend of mine only to be ripped off and never use any of the worthless crap till this day and I use to be a developer/builder and may be one again soon (I'd rather take an enema and I'm not into water sports). So my friend,(if you forgive me I hope I'm your friend) I owe you the apology. Coonaz
