I've been reading all of the comments from everyone. Thanks so much to everyones' insight. RobertSheldon - you are a wealth of information. Thank you.

After reviewing the annual report, the 10k, the 10q's, and Value Line - I am quite impressed with the direction and focus of the company.

My only doubts are: 1) how much debt can the company withstand before reaching profitability; 2) how many shares will be issued before a serious dilution occurs to current shareholders; 3) has the IPO market been permanently scarred (or at least 1-3 years forward) to prevent GlobalCenter from being offered?

When looking for a bottom, common valuation techniques (P/E, P/S, Book Value)are difficult to assess with this type of company. (At least for me, that is!)

I look forward to everyones' comments in the future. Thanks again.

Just my opinion,

Respectfully, advalorem
