tip, i said the probability was they float the thing until the election. i said they would do everything they could to float the thing. key word begins w/ p. if i thought they had a 100% chance then i wouldn't be mostly cash for the first time in 3 years (the only reason i was fully invested is my value stocks got crushed and i do't sell low! ;-) they still might. trust me, i WANT fair value of naz 2000 and dow 6k. these numbers assume a recession doesn't hit or they drop... interest rate hikes are gone. you might see a surprise lowering like back in 97 or 98. don't count out the manipulators just yet. this move has been quick and caught them by surprise. this is the severest test so far, but we are still at 1999 market levels... seeing the 4500s wouldn't surprise me at all. neither would the 2500s.
