I said that ideas and moral principles are created by humans, based on their experience and observations. I don't see how this could be interpreted as a denial of the existence of ideas and moral principles, since that which has been created must certainly exist.

you told me that an idea can't stand alone as an entity in the universe, I deduced that to position to include principles

The notion of either ideas or moral principles standing alone as entities in the universe confuses me a little. If there were no people, would adultery, theft, and murder still be immoral? I would have to say no, since if there were no people there wouldn't be adultery, theft, and murder, and I don't see how something that doesn't exist could be moral or immoral.
