The main effect any administration has on America's economic success is in the nurturing of an environment around which companies and people prosper.

The hostility of our Justice department toward one of our most successful companies certainly is not the kind of environment which nurtures business success.

If Microsoft or Intel or Cisco or IBM or on and on were from any other nation on earth, The nation would be treating them as national treasures. Not as economic problems to be dismantled by a bunch of lawyers looking for a free ride at the Justice Department.

How many millions have lawyers sucked out of Microsoft's earned income in the last few years? Follow the money, and you begin to understand the motivation behind the Justice departments actions toward Microsoft. If Microsoft can be called a monopoly, who's next? And guess which law firm Janet Reno and company will be working for in a few years when they are booted out of office?
