Kenneth, Every analyst out there has egg on their face right now. I believe that the recent upgrades on NT had 175 as the target correct? tp

Well not really. Never underestimate the power of fear in the face of reason, or a stampede in face of logic. You can always ask questions later and review your mistakes if you've got cash left to use. The gains were so massive for people that it was impossible to resist taking profits. Everyone came to that conclusion all at once. Wooooooooooosh!!!!! What's really interesting is that ALL the people who could normally trade out of these stocks are in their QUIET PERIOD, and they CAN'T TRADE at all. And I don't just mean board members, insiders or senior executives. Many midlevel managers are added to insider trading lists at companies because they have some relationship to the quartely numbers. That means accounting adminstrators, accounts receivable and payable folks, and even PR and IR administration people. THEY CANT SELL ANY OF THEIR COMPANY STOCK! ESOP stock, personal stock in the company, or granted stock. Imagine watching, in some cases, your tens of thousands of shares wither while you're powerless to stop it because of a QUIET PERIOD. Whew..what a predicament. Steve
