Steve, Anyone who works in a pre-IPO has this situation as their worst nightmare. Your company goes public, you can't sell for a period of time while it rockets up, then WHAM! The bottom falls out of the hi-tech bull market. Nope, not a good feeling for anyone watching their hundreds of thousands or tens of millions erode in a week. I'm now wondering whether SCMR is a good buy at this level or the knife falls further. Just look at many of the hot companies; brcm, jdsu, etc. Maybe the high road is buying a CSCO or MSFT at the bottom. CSCO is probably a best bet if it hits the 40's. Hal
