OT RE: This is why the politicians deserve to be shot. It's not just the 1,000,000 rules they make, each one needs to have 5 exceptions. These exceptions don't do anything other than make the tax code more complicated, helping tax lawyers and accountant, hurting taxpayers and the whole economy. Jo I agree completely. I would prefer lower rates with almost no deductions or credits. Maybe a flat tax, with total income times x % = your tax bill. Tim
