Juan Miguel just wants his son back in one piece, and is going about the process in the best possible way by going through legal channels. No way could he recover Eli n by going to Miami, he is greatly outnumbered there, and as spokesman for the powers behind the exile groups L zaro has clearly stated that he will not release the child under any conditions. So it's up to the law to take out L zaro. You're a civilised nation, or you're not, it's that simple. Personally i'm just glad there are non-stop flights between M‚xico and Canada.
